We call this dress “WhoDoYouWear,” dedicated to the artisans, sewers and atelier team who made it so magical. The crisp yet soft feel of the organza makes the wearer feel beautiful and fresh and we hope you will experience it too. Silk organza is a lightweight, sheer, plain-woven fabric hand selected by our atelier to give your garment timeless durability and a beautiful, fluid drape.
You can iron the organza using the silk temperature. A thin cloth can be placed over the organza while doing it.
Gently store your product away from direct sunlight, jewelry and sharp objects to avoid snagging, thread pulls and discoloration.
Standard Shipping: Average delivery time: 7-10 business days.
On Demand: Average delivery within 3-4 weeks within USA
Express Shipping: Average delivery time: 3-4 business days within USA, available on limited products as we follow a sustainable on-demand model to minimize waste in most scenarios.
When will my order ship out? We are a sustainable fashion business focused on minimizing waste and dedicated to consciously handcrafting and customizing each garment for our clients individually on the receipt of an order. We do not produce bulk inventory in most cases, instead focus on delivering a personalized experience of a unique garment to each client.
Depending on the artisan/maker workload, your order will ship out in 5-7 business days from your purchase date. If anything were to change, we will contact you. Orders placed after 1 pm PST on Friday will be processed the following Monday morning, major Holidays excluded.
Can you ship to PO box? Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Do you ship internationally? Yes we do! The shipping cost will be actuals based on the courier company's charges. Europe and Asia is approximately $60 for light weight.

What if something I ordered arrived damaged?
We spend atleast 2 hours ironing and checking the pieces so hopefully this will never happen.
My package is lost!
Oh no! If your package has been lost in transit, please reach out to contact@agaati.com right away. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages.
Returns & Refunds:
If for any reason you are not 100% happy with your AGAATI purchase, we will gladly process returns back to original form of payment for items purchased within 15 days.
The items that are pre-ordered or customized for the customers for size, fit and design are not refundable. That said, in these cases we work closely with our clients to ensure the garment allows for alterations.
You can return items purchased within 15 days of the delivery date. Here’s how:
1. Send a return request by using Contact Us form. Please fill the order number, reason for return and any other details. Send this form to us through https://agaati.com/pages/contact-agaati.
2. We will send you a shipping label by email.
3. Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags attached and packaging is included. Otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund
4. For purchases within USA, Use the pre-paid label included in your email and return the package from a USPS drop-off location.
5. Please note that all SALE items are Final sale (non-refundable).
For international purchases we request you to send the returns at your cost.
Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 3 to 5 business days for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.
AGAATI monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
* Please only send returns using our pre-paid return labels so that we can track the package. We cannot refund a lost return that was sent using a method other than our return labels.
